A panoramic X-ray (orthopantomogram)
Application: A panoramic X-ray of the facial bones and accessory nasal sinuses with unfolding into a 2D plane
Type of examination: Remote.
Type of examination: Digital, with the obtained image processed by a computer. Printing the image or recording it on digital media is possible
Equipment: Orthophos S 3D dental tomograph with autofocus, manufactured by Sirona Dental Systems.

- Allows for a detailed interpretation and description of the condition of teeth and gums, even recognizing hidden pathologies or those in the early stages of development (e.g., periodontitis)
- Relative safety, with the patient receiving a minimal dose of X-ray radiation
- High speed, with the X-ray images ready in approximately 10 minutes
