- The presence or absence of concomitant diseases in the patient that directly or indirectly affect changes in the teeth and their surrounding tissues.
- The patient’s adherence to the treatment plan recommended by the dentist.
- Other circumstances for establishing warranties (as outlined above).
Warranty is provided for treatments that are considered completed:
- For caries treatment, after the placement of a permanent filling.
- For prosthetic treatment, after the permanent fixation of the constructed prosthesis or the delivery of a removable prosthesis, with warranty periods established by the treating dentist
In our clinic, you receive warranties for the following services:
- Tooth treatment - 6 months guarantee
- Orthodontics - 3 months guarantee
We guarantee reimbursement of expenses or treatment of teeth within the specified warranty period according to the warranty certificate. Please keep the warranty certificate until the end of the warranty period.
